Steven Lucente

Steven Lucente is a seasoned trial attorney and litigation strategist with almost two decades of experience representing businesses, insurers, and individuals in high-stakes disputes. Steven's practice spans complex commercial litigation, catastrophic injury claims, insurance defense and coverage matters, and construction litigation. Steven has successfully tried cases before juries in Superior and District Courts throughout North Carolina and has represented clients in federal courts across the Southeast.

A respected advocate both inside and outside of the courtroom, Steven served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps from 2014 until his resignation in 2026. An Honor Graduate of the Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course in Charlottesville, Virginia, Steven served in a variety of legal and leadership roles throughout his military career, including Legal Advisor with the 134th Legal Operations Detachment, Trial Counsel with the 108th Training Command, and Brigade Judge Advocate for the 90th Sustainment Brigade in Little Rock, Arkansas from 2021 to 2024. As a military attorney and trusted legal advisor, he counseled commanders on operational, administrative, and military justice matters while providing legal guidance on mission-critical issues affecting soldiers and units across the force.

Steven co-founded Snyder Lucente, PLLC in 2017, helping build a respected litigation firm focused on insurance defense and personal injury matters. His entrepreneurial mindset and practical approach to problem-solving continue to shape his representation of clients facing complex legal challenges.

In 2020, Steven joined TLG Law as a partner, where he continues to represent clients in insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Whether defending a multimillion-dollar claim, navigating a complex business dispute, or trying a case before a jury, Steven is known for disciplined preparation, strategic thinking, and effective courtroom advocacy. Steven's clients rely upon him to deliver practical solutions, decisive counsel, and relentless representation when the stakes are highest.
